Calling all amyloidosis patients! In celebration of Amyloidosis Awareness Month, Mackenzie's Mission is creating a new FACES of Amyloidosis video. PLEASE CONSIDER PARTICIPATING AND RAISING AWARENESS OF THIS DISEASE! Share and re-post this link with other patients and groups to help spread the word!
INFORMATION:
- Each page will have two pictures and the patient's first name ONLY. No confidential information will be shown.
- Open to those with any type of amyloidosis, any gender, any age, from anywhere in the world.
- It can include those we have lost if submitted by a family member.
- By submitting you give Mackenzie's Mission approval to include in the video and distribute.
- If the pictures submitted are not high enough quality, Mackenzie's Mission reserves the right to not include or ask for an alternative.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Email your/patient's first name, along with two high-quality pictures to the link below
- Ideally one picture is during treatment or a tough time in your journey; with a more recent second picture doing something awesome
- Ideally you are the only subject in both pictures, unless it is clear which person you are in the picture
- Preferably at least one of the pictures is landscape orientation (horizontal)
- MUST BE HIGH RESOLUTION AND NOT FUZZY, OUT OF FOCUS, OR GRAINY
- All submissions must be emailed
- Submission deadline March 15, 2023
