Dr. Saulius Girnius is a hematologist associated with the department of hematology/oncology at Bethesda North Campus Ambulatory Treatment Center, TriHealth. With experience as both a medical center staff physician and an assistant professor of hematology, Dr. Girnius sees patients for blood cancers, especially multiple myeloma, lymphoma and chronic leukemia. He is passionate about amyloidosis and bleeding disorders.
Dr. Girnius graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine followed by residency and fellowship training in Boston, Massachusetts. He completed a fellowship in amyloidosis at the Amyloidosis Center at Boston Universityexternal link, opens in a new tab. He also gained both autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplantation experience at Dana Farber.
