Dr. Kerry Cho is a nephrologist who cares for patients with acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, hypertension or electrolyte abnormalities. He also has particular interests in amyloidosis, tuberous sclerosis and end-stage renal disease requiring dialysis.
Dr. K. Cho earned his medical degree from Weill Cornell Medical College, now called Weill Cornell Medicine. He completed a residency in internal medicine at the University of Michigan Medical School, followed by a fellowship in nephrology at University of California San Francisco (UCSF).
Dr. Kerry Cho is a member of the American Society of Nephrology and a fellow of the American College of Physicians. He completed the Teaching Scholars Program through the Haile T. Debas Academy of Medical Educators at UCSF, and directs the UCSF Nephrology Fellowship Training Program. He also serves as Clinical Professor of Medicine at UCSF.
